A Bavarian Weissbier mit hefe with a subtle nod to the New World and a restricted alcohol content. Light in colour and totally opaque, some light hopping from Sorachi Ace gives a background zestiness to balance the distinctive banana and clove yeast character. This is all about the junga hop, a new Polish variety with very high alpha acid. We’ve created a traditional mid to light ale and used just junga hops for bitterness and aroma.

A light pale beer with a touch of sweetness and bags of aromatic hops. We’ve used ESB yeast to give a malty but slightly sweet finish to the beer. Loads of late and dry hopping with sorachi ace and ahtanum give lovely light lemon and coconut notes.

Made with fuggles hops, this is a deep ruby ale with a lightly toasted, slightly smokey malt character. It has very low bitterness and a clean mild flavour.

An American brown ale brewed without anything American involved. The roasted malt flavours, layered with notes of chocolate and caramel, take the weight of our late hop additions. A golden cask ale. We’ve used challenger & columbus hops for bitterness and aroma with the addition of dry cascade hops directly into the cask for some extra punch. Au has good crisp bitterness to make this a clean, aromatic & refreshing ale.

We designed this for Swoops, one of our locals at The Beerhouse. It's a clean, pale, summer beer which we brewed using a high level of wheat. With loads of amarillo & citra, this is a hoppy beer.

A cloudy classic wheat beer, similar in style to a traditional German witbier. Light use of hops mean this beer has very low bitterness and very little hop aroma. It has strong banana and clove characteristics on the nose and palate, largely due to the use of a special wheat beer yeast. A refreshing pint on a summer day and a diverse food beer.

Think dark. Think super hoppy. We took a black IPA and just made it more; more silky oats, more juicy hops and fermented with a New England yeast to amplify all that fruitiness. It may be dark but it tastes like a bag of tropical fruits.

Our west indies pale ale began its journey as a classic modern IPA - crisp bitterness balanced by floral, citrusy hops, all creating a powerfully moreish beer. We went further, adding richness to the malt with cocoa shells and enhancing the hop character with mango, grapefruit and passionfruit oils. Complex, fruity and refreshing. Better than two weeks in the tropics.

This is the first beer from our 'newshed', named route 84 after the bus route from Bury St Edmunds to Ingham as this is the journey our brewery has just made. It's a classic crisp pale ale but is dry hopped with mosaic to give it a big tropical fruit hit.

Brewed to mark the diamond jubilee, our Liz is brewed using East Kent goldings for bitterness and junga and cascade for aroma. The result is a rich amber, malty beer which is fragrant on the nose.
